Yes. It helps reduce miscarriages too, I've had 5 miscarriages now and just got into the overweight category, I've lost a stone and a half. For IVF I was told I needed to be in the over weight category. If you are prepared to pay for it, then maybe this won't be an issue. Once you are pregnant it reduces issues such as gestational diabetes.

It is better to be in the normal range if you can. I would recommend eating healthy and exercise.

There is no guarantee you will get pregnant being slim but it does help in all stages of pregnancy, so there is no harm working on it while working through trying to get pregnant.

Okay great thank you I started slimming world at the beginning of the year so I’m trying to get my weight down just finding it’s so slow but I will keep going 😊

I've lost a stone and a half since April. What I do is weight myself every week and have a summary of what happened that week, for example Xmas, cutting out bread, takeaways. The weight has started shifting more since walking 10,000 steps everyday. Diet alone will be slow but paired with exercise it should speed it up.

Okay great thank you I don’t exercise so I will start moving and hopefully that will help shift it better
