Stomach cramps

Hi all,

For the past few days I seem to be suffering with period type pains this morning they were really bad. I was in agony I had been to the toilet numerous times, I am expecting to have some blood but there’s nothing yet? Could this be what it is or could it be something else ?

Hi I normally have period pains most of the time only time it goes away is after period has happened but I would mention it to you doctor to be sure hope this helps
