I am 23 and got diagnosed with PCOS in my late teens. I haven’t had a period since I was 14 and now that I have been with my partner over 5 years we are talking about heaving children. The last time I went to the GP was a year ago and was prescribed Metphormin which didn’t agree with me. I want to start a family but don’t know how to go about it with the GP especially with COVID it isn’t the top of their priority. Any advice would be appreciated

i would speak to your doctor and let them know that you are trying to conceive.
Myself and my partner are in a similar boat. However i got diagnosed during lockdown. I was still able to speak with my gp over the phone for advice 😊 best of luck to you both!
