Hi,

I’m in a similar situation at the moment eg trying to plan ahead. Personally i take Inofolic and I’m trying to keep my diet balanced with more veggies and fruits and else highly processed foods. Keeping my exercise up eg trying to hit my step goals and stay active as opposed to focusing on loosing weight.

It’s also worth looking at what your partner can do. Sperm refreshes every 4 months and the quality can be influenced by diet, exercise and lifestyle factors as well. X
