It isn’t uncommon to have both conditions and I think they are thinking if they may be somehow connected. I know quite a few of the ladies on the pcos Uk Facebook group have both conditions

Hi.

I was diagnosed with endo 10 years ago. I’ve been seeing the dr past 2 years for other symptoms which have just come on such as migraines, dizziness, fatigue etc.. I was sent for a scan to see if my endo had gotten worse since my last operation and they discovered PCOS.

The nurse told me that they are not necessarily linked but obviously have a lot in common.

Go back to your GP and get a scan to see what’s going on. Now that I know I’m focusing on changing my lifestyle and diet to help manage symptoms in any way possible - if it’s even possible! It’s such an awful thing and so exhausting!

I have both, only full way of knowing if you have endo tho is to have a laparoscopy as endo doesn't always show on scans as my endo didn't show on scan
