Pain in Tummy / Ovary Area

Hi!

I have been diangosed with PCOS and had an US the other day which has been sent to my GP and marked as "clear", however, I am in pain around my tummy / ovary area most days which feels like period cramps but most days. Has anyone got any advice . suggestions? Many thanks.

have you been investigated for endometriosis as pain is generally not a symptom of pcos but endo is and it isnt uncommon to have both conditions

No I haven't. Th GP hasn't examined my tummy area at all yet

It can only be diagnosed by a laparoscopy - I would ask to be referred to an endocrinologist as they are specialists for both conditions.
