Hello, I'm not sure what context your day 21 bloods are (if you're attending a fertility clinic, on medication etc?). Day 21 bloods are usually carried out to confirm ovulation, they test for progesterone in your blood and if its above 20 (not sure of the units) then it means you have ovulated, lower then you haven't.

I am taking letrozole and I attend for day 21 bloods to see if I'm on the appropriate dose to stimulate ovulation (so far I'm on 10mg and it hasn't worked).

Really wow! the Letrozole has not worked? My Gp spoke of metformin. I am waiting for results due next week
