Hi, i’ve Just been diagnosed with PCOS too (i’m 23) my symptoms so far - really horrendous period pain at time of period, however I’ve not had a regular period for a year, acne, really oily skin and hair, brown discharge before a period is due (but never comes) and more recently I’ve been spotting for the last two months. I’ve not had any facial hair or body hair as yet.
