Also my skin is awful and facial hair makes me feel really self conscious. My doctor has put me on the mini pill to help calm symptoms and I go to physio and a dietician but nothing seems so help and I don’t know what to do to improve my life ...

look a 'the answer to pcos' website - it is the only diet that has worked pretty easily for me, I lost weight around 8 years + ago probably, on this diet and generally have kept it off (I do fluctuate by a stone). 2 ladies that were doing it the same time as me both lost 7 stone in a year and both conceived naturally (I wasnt TTC at the time). Its easy to follow too.
