Looking for help

Hi, I'm 18 and have only recently found out I have PCOS. I had no pre-existing symptoms so the diagnosis was a shock.

I feel as though I haven't been given enough information and was wondering if anyone had any tips or things that I should expect with this condition?

It affects every one different diet is a good way of keeping symptoms at bay or at least reduce them. I've had every symptom and has taken years to diagnose me. And it's pretty much ruined my relationship with my boyfriend it's horrible. But I will try and help you if I can
