Heavy bleeds

This month my period has been so painful with heavy bleeds and clots. I change napkin every hour its so scary

Have you tried tranexamic acid before?

I also have been on Tranexamic acid for few months and this has certainly helped me combat my heavy bleeding but not the pain.
