Hi I'm new and have a question

Hey, I'm new to the site but I got diagnosed with PCO about 3/4 years ago after having irregular periods for years.

They've always been 35-48 days apart but the last 3 months they have been every 21-24 days and I'm just wondering if it's normal for changes like this to occur or whether it could be a sign of something more important?

I'm also not taking any kind of medication and haven't been for years.

Thanks

Emily

Not necessarily - they can change if things are stressful or if you gain/lose weight, but it is pretty common for them to be a bit 'strange' anyway.

Go to the GP if you are worried though but I think your cycle is now closer to the 'norm'.
