Has anyone tried omega 3 to get cysts down?

PCOS cysts or other types of cysts ? PCOS ones are follicles really and generally disperse back into the body, they can also come and go as only a symptom and not the cause. They should not cause any pain either.

Sorry I don't really know. a physiotherapist who I see just mentioned to me it might be worth given omega 3 ago. I have a functional cyst on my left ovary. which DOES cause me pain X

My point is that pcos ladies dont always have cysts as they come and go!
