Have you gone to a bookstore or Amazon.com and bought a book called,

" When the Doctor Says It's PCOS"? I bought the book years ago. It explains some of the symptoms and how to handle some of the issues that goes along with the problem. What has your doctor told you?

Hi,

Please take a look at the pcos diet support website, it's full of information that a lot of doctors don't give.

I followed the diet and within two weeks my symptoms were going and I felt like a new woman.

It also has information about supplements, exercise etc and the best thing is it's free!

Good luck with it all, get in touch if you want to x
