Feeling hopeless about conception

Hey, i'm new here and i have been diagnosed with PCOS for a year now. Before then and even now my partner and i have been trying to conceive but nothing is happening. Even though my partner is very supportive not being able to conceive while trying consistently for almost 3 years really leaves me feeling a bit depressed.

I am a bit skeptic about the pills that they have to help with fertility cause i have read and researched on them and some persons have really bad experience with them but i really want to have a child and i have no idea what to do.
