Hello everyone, hope you have a great start of the week and Happy Labor Day for those in the US ! π€
So finally, I made my cashew cheese into solid form now and it is delicious.ππ
1. Blend 80g cashew nuts with 150 ml water, and add 1 pre/probiotic capsule. Left mixture at room temperature for 12 hours.
2. Blend 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 240ml coconut oil, and 2 tsp nutritional yeast, 5 tbsp of agar, and 1/4 cup of tapioca starch in food processor.
3. Combine all mixture with 1 cup of hot water and stir well in medium heat pot for few minutes (this will activate agar). Let it cool down and shape into BPA free silicon herb mold and left in the fridge for few hours.
You can also add your favorite herbs in the mix and enjoy which I will do for my next batch.ππ
