Cooked this for tea today..it turned out delicious π
Fry garlic and leek for a couple mins till soft
In another pot add tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper make a rue adding plant milk till you have a creamy sauce
Add mushrooms and fryed aubergine to your leek add mixed herbs,salt and pepper
Leave to cool then add your shortcrust pastry
Simple and delicious ππ
