Vegan gluten free Raspberry jam filled vanilla muffin.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday afternoon my vegan neighbour and friend sent me a text inviting me around to their garden for tea and cakes, this is a jam filled vanilla flavoured muffin with icing and at least I won’t have a dilemma over what to have with a cuppa this afternoon.

It’s great because we invite each other around for tea and cakes or cookies which’s been fantastic during the pandemic. 🌈😊
