Ethiopian Stew

We had this stew tonight. We loved it. The spice is called Berbere which is used a lot in Ethiopia. This is the first time I’ve cooked with it. It’s a hearty warming Stew with a slight kick. We will definitely have it again. I served it with cous cous which went really well.
