I have recently discovered this spice. It’s Moroccan and is generally made up of Cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, dry ginger, chili peppers, coriander seed, peppercorn, sweet and hot paprika, fenugreek, and dry turmeric. When I first used it I didn’t like it but now I love it. I have made two vegetable chilli’s with it recently and they were both delicious and make a lovely change of flavour.
Does anyone else know of a spice combination like this that is just a bit different to give a new flavour to things?

Hi Ali
I've heard of that spice. Isn't it funny how our taste changes as I never liked chilli but I do now, as long as it's not fiery. I also like a bit of heat to my curry.
Yes that’s odd. I was thinking about it earlier how I couldn’t eat it and then I really like t. I told my son about it and he said he really liked the flavour which was what made me try it again and it tastes nothing like how I thought it did the first time. Have you tried it?
