Agoodenough wrote it included in a post about the above but I can't find it hence me writing a new post.

I bought some of the above earlier this week, I thought as I'm following the Low Fodmap diet for IBS it would be good to take some supplementation. My verdict, it tastes disgusting but I will finish it as I know it'll do me some good. It's kind of hold your nose and drink it fast.🤣

Oh most definitely. I looked at the packet on the kitchen side tonight and thought, well here goes- yuck🤣🤣
