Lovely to see someone thinking outside of the box. Especially a French chef in London. My experience of France is that it is very difficult to find a vegetarian meal let alone vegan one as the French are such big meat eaters so good for him. We also love BOSH videos!

Ah thank you Jerry 🙏We like to make everything ourselves and I treated myself to a vitamix and was determined to use it and not just have it sitting on the side collecting dust!
