Unfortunately I have to ration myself on coconut oil based foods because of the high saturated fat content. Although there are two sides to this argument as someone who needs to ensure my HDL cholesterol levels are boosted but not at the expense of LDL, I'll abstain from trying it.
That's such a shame willsie01 but I understand totally. I expect you'd be better with Cashew based cheeses rather than coconut. I cannot have the Cashew ones because I react to too many cashews. What we need is a oat based cheese, anyone feeling creative.
Well thats worth knowing. I’ve started to like vegan cheese after not liking it. Well the jalapeño and chilli one anyway. 😁 so happy to give this a whirl 🙂🌱
