I have now found a bread recipe where it doesn't fall apart, not easy when you can't have yeast as well as gluten.
It's very simple and only has 4 ingredients- buckwheat groats, water, sea salt (I used Pink Himalayan) and raw sunflower seeds. The only thing I will say is it could do with a bit more flavour so I'm going to have a go at adding sun dried tomatoes next time.
Your bread looks great. I just tried to click on the article to see the recipe, but it said 'page not found, and a 404 error' - but I'll try again another time - as I love the simplicity of this bread recipe, and would like to attempt it.
Hi Alicia well done you as I think that would be a very difficult bread to make and now you’ve done it once it will only get better and you can now experiment with flavours as you have the basics in place. 👍
