Hi everyone,

Getting sufficient nutrients from our diets should be easy especially if we eat a healthy balanced diet but we have to be aware of what a balanced diet is and this is an interesting article about how to get sufficient protein on a plant based diet. They are great and due to your post, for breakfast tomorrow! I now have quinoa and chia seeds all ready and cooked for tomorrow to have with caramelised pears.....πŸ˜‹ great start to the week I say 😁

Providing I get enough whole food calories into my diet I do not think anyone needs to worry about protein at all. Great recipes anyway.
