I don’t usually have cereal but with this sunny weather I wanted a change and I’m trying not to have too much bread at the moment.
I was inspired when I went to the health food shop and saw puffed quinoa.
So in my jar I have puffed quinoa, a little Muesli, wheat squares, sunflower seeds, almonds and hazelnuts. It’s delicious.
If you buy muesli from the supermarket it often has skimmed dried milk in, so this is something to watch out for.
