I went to a free, low fat vegan community cooking class last night and it was great!
It's run by life after hummus and funded by a local council initiative to reduce food waste by encouraging people to cook from scratch and be more confident cooking with the ingredients to hand, and the low fat vegan approach for health following the pcrm (Dr Neal Barnard's outfit) syllabus.
It was nice to see some peoples surprise at being able to cook without oils and we all appreciated how much easier it made the washing up after.
