Hi everyone,
Here's an apple crumble I made using ground linseeds ground almonds ground quinoa and sesame seeds using 50g of each with 100g coconut oil and 50g coconut sugar and I sprinkled flaked almonds on top before baking.
For the filling I used 5 eating apples + currants with a pinch of cinnamon. I used eating apples so there's no need for added sugar.

I think this shows the texture of the nutty topping better and of course with Swedish Glace and a little soy cream it's even better... π
