I wondered of anyone had made vegan cheese by fermenting cashew milk with probiotic yoghurt, as it looks easy and sounds really good, so I'm going to have a go.
And I'm interested in any advice and or opinions please. π
I think it's great that there are quality vegan products coming onto the market as the new interest in a plant based diet is coupled with healthy choices, which's a double whammy in my book. π
Hey Thanks Ali, it seems that vegan cheese is often disappointing and I was reading how fermenting nuts like cashew nuts makes them easier to digest making them even more nutritional. And gives plant based cheese a zing.
I've already got some cashew nuts soaking in anticipation, so we will see... π
