I haven't made a soup in a very long time but now I'm Vegan I'll be making alot more. I honestly cannot stress on how good the soup tasted and good for you - bonus. π

Hey thanks Alicia, this looks really good and very healthy, Interestingly it says about lentils containing magnesium and I do wonder if we get enough magnesium in our diets because of modern farming methods as tests showed that countries that have modern western diets over 60% of the population are magnesium deficient. It is one of our building blocks and essential for a healthy gut body and mind. Fortunately people who eat lots of plant based foods fair best...So your soup will indeed do you good...π
It was absolutely delicious. Very interesting re the magnesium as I use a magnesium spray and have been doing for a while. The western diet isn't good and our farming is far too intensive, far too much dangerous weedkilker used and it needs to stop.
If you do make the soup you will really enjoy it.π
