At long last I habmve made Cashew Nut Milk. Needs a little perfecting i.e. a few more cashews but other than that, I am happy with it.
It's very cheap to make. I used half cup cashews to two pints water. The recipe uses a Vitamix but I only have an ordinary cheap liquidiser, I would say the cashew milk is better using the Vitamix as you don't strain the nuts, they stay in the milk.
