I have started to do a bit of dog walking as I love dogs. I don’t have any dogs at the moment but have two cats, Indie the black and white one and Willow the mackerel tabby. Before I had cats I was unsure about them as I only grew up with dogs but cats are so gentle and now I love them. I wondered if anyone else has any pet pictures as I’d love to see them. Ali

Thank you. I think they are contented. They are pretty calm as well now that they are about 11 and 13 years old. The tabby one is outside in all weather. Since we recently moved house and they’ve had to master the new cat flap!

Oh what little sweeties, they are so adorable. I don't have any pets anymore, I used to have two cats, sisters (the complete opposite of each other)

I do miss not having pets, I am so pleased that a couple of doggies come in work for cuddles and treats.

Aw I think pets are good for your soul. I walk a cocker spaniel and when the owners go away she stays. She will be here this weekend. I love her so much. The cats are not so keen on her though. My tabby cat willow is the mother of indie and they are so different as well. Luckily when I go away in September my new neighbours said they would pop in and feed them.

i dont think i'v still be alive is i didint have some little pet to give my love to and to talk to over the years. i had to stay to look after them. that was when i was much sadder i felt like that. now now though. things change and miracles happen

I have a dog she is 8yrs old she is a Labrador Collie cross. She loves playing with balls and going to the seaside. She is a rescue dog and had three homes befor me. I have had her for 3yrs she gets me out of the house and she is company for me. I have grown up with cats and dogs. Sharnie is not vegan but she love vegan cheese. She also loves sweet potatoes peas and broccoli.

Sharnie sounds cute. I used to have a lab collie cross as a child. Very intelligent dogs. Dogs are definately good for getting you out of the house. 🐕

Hi there Ali, I have a black cat who is as soft as putty but unfortunately can't add a photo here as I'm on my mobile and my photos are on the PC. I also like dogs but only the larger ones i.e. I don't like little terriers, I was brought up with Boarder Collies and love them.

aww the top right black and white cat is the same as my cat. i call him cheeky.they are gorgeous. i love cats. i used to be a dog person but was to ill after my last 18 years of dog walks i had to pay someone to take my dog out as one died at 13 and the other lived untill over 18 years. they were yorkies not the little yapper ones. one of the ones i got from a cournty farm was one of the biggest yorkies i'v ever saw. the other was a tiny little girl called sasha. the dog was called chuckie. now iv got cheekie i will look for a good picture of him and post it.

Cats are great companions. I love dogs and never really knew much about cats but now with these two they certainly grow on you. They are about 12 and 13 now. I love cats and dogs. Dogs are boisterous and cats are peaceful. Cheekie is a cute name. 😀
