I love hummus and l love spices as I feel itβs a lack from store making, so today I made my own hummus with all the ingredients I adore. β€οΈ
Main ingredients: chickpeas, pumpkin purΓ©e, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, clove garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes (optional if you want it a little spicy), cinnamon, and a bit of Himalayan salt. All blended in food processor and can be stored with airtight lid container in freezer for long time. You can add more or less spices and/or cold water for consistency of hummus, thereβs no rule just up to your taste. I absolutely love this combination which makes this hummus so savory for any veggies dip and and tortilla wrap. ππ
