Rice paper rolls

I found rice papers in the cupboard whilst wondering what to have for dinner tonight so made these.

I filled them with raw carrot, ginger, mushroom, coriander, green pepper, spinach and chilli. I dipped them in tamari.

I made them in a bit of a rush but they tasted great. Now I have to think of what I’m really going to have for dinner tonight 🤔

LOL these look really good Ali great filling with great spices. Rice papers are thin and delicate and this shows your skills and you'd be good in Bake off...😊

Lol. Yes I think VFL bakers could give the bake off a run for their money. We would all be star bakers!🌟

Thank you they were. I’m surprised at how filling they were.
