Today I made a peach pie.
It’s a nut and ground almond base.
I boiled some dates in a little almond milk, blitzed them and put them on the nut base.
Stewed fresh peaches with a little agar.
On top I put coconut cream with a drop of vanilla.
The coconut cream and the peaches were a good combination.
We also had vegan lasagne and instead of using pasta sheets I used thinly sliced sheets of butternut squash. 🌱🐷🐓🐑🐖🐄🐎🌱
