Peach pie 🍑

Today I made a peach pie.

It’s a nut and ground almond base.

I boiled some dates in a little almond milk, blitzed them and put them on the nut base.

Stewed fresh peaches with a little agar.

On top I put coconut cream with a drop of vanilla.

The coconut cream and the peaches were a good combination.

We also had vegan lasagne and instead of using pasta sheets I used thinly sliced sheets of butternut squash. 🌱🐷🐓🐑🐖🐄🐎🌱

Yes it was very nice. I have made it with rhubarb, banana and now peach. It’s healthyish and well worth a try. I made it in an 8” tin and it serves about 8 people.

Hi Ali, what a gorgeous looking peach pie, you present it very professionally too.

I was looking at flat peaches and will have to buy some and try this as it looks absolutely scrumptious. 😊

Thank you Jerry. I was pleased as had my sister in law over from Australia and I cooked a main meal and a dessert which everyone enjoyed without any stress at all 🌞
