I made this rich chocolate mousse in the spur of the moment this afternoon....
The ingredients were:-
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 large tablespoon cacao powder
Splash of organic maple syrup
It would be better served with strawberries or raspberries but I don’t have any so sprinkled some coconut on top. Also you could put in a large spoon of whipped coconut cream which would be very nice and if I was making it for more than just me I would probably do that. 🙂
