As the sun is shining here today I decided to have a change from my usual vegetable soup and had homemade hummus and vegetables, which I love. It reminded me of when I was in Majorca in October and I ordered hummus which was served in an interesting way and the colours are amazing. Obviously it helps that it was a beautiful hot day.
