hi

When my husband was first diagnosed these blisters and red marks on his legs was a first sign. Are your bloods being monitored on a regular basis?

His blisters became increasingly worse as did the swelling. He said he could feel the blisters appearing and it was very painful.

I’m sure others will be able to give you more advice but if you haven’t already I would speak to your consultant.

Two years ago I had ulcers that suddenly appeared in my right leg and got worse. I was referred urgently to Dermatology at our local hospital and they found a staff infection in that leg which was cleared up; the ulcers disappeared and only the marks remain. I’d suggest referral to a Dermatologist might be an answer for you too. I hope so. All the best.

Thanks ,I've had a swab done and awaited the results ,in the mean time backwards and forwards to docs for a dressing change 😀.

Try to immerse your feet in a hot/warm water before you go to bed and then wear socks, you will find your feet warm up quickly.

Thankyou ,at the moment I've doubled up on the bed socks on my left leg as that's the leg that's like ice ,after a couple of hours of lying in bed it warms up ,I having an artery scan on both legs in the very near future ,so it's hoping that I can find out more of what's going on .
