Has prevnar13( pneumonia vaccine ) caused a trigger for people with existing inflammatory conditions?

I’m an autoimmune vasucliits patient . My inflammation in the eye was relatively managed well with immunosuppressants. But since having the Prevnar 13 , my inflammation is back in full swing . Has anyone experienced this ?

If so, how have you resolved it ? Please advise .

Anecdotally many people complain that having a vaccine or an infection can trigger off a flare-up of existing inflammation. It seems logical - you are stimulating your immune system with new information (vaccine or infection) - and our immune systems tend to over-react.

You may need a temporary increase in immune supression? Can you discuss this with your medical team?
