INSPIRE (Investigating Neuropsychiatric Symptom Prevalence and Impact in Rheumatology patient Experiences) research

I took part in this study and they have published the results which may be of interest- it was looking at the hidden mental health symptoms of people with autoimmune diseases, so cognitive function, depression, chronic fatigue to name but a few. It also looked at the support, or lack of, that many felt they received in the course of their treatment.

Thanks for posting this.I too took part in the study and read the results with great interest. Feel slightly less alone with all these weird and seemingly unconnected symptoms!

What a great group of researchers. Let's hope this has a positive impact on the way we are treated, and the way the seemingly disparate symptoms of autoimmune disease can be pieced together going forward 🤞🏻🤞🏻
