I have been diagnosed with GPA. Does anyone have experience with a Truxima infusion?

It appears to be pretty similar to Rituximab which a lot of people on this forum will have had, including myself. It usually takes about 6hours, prior to which they will give you antihistamines. They start slowly and increase they rate, usually monitoring your vital sign every 30 minutes. The only side affect I had was a drop in blood pressure, and no after affects. truxima.com/nhl-cll/about-t...

Biosimilar for rituximab. I’ve had four infusions without any problems.

Hi Mum has been on Rituximab for years. Sometimes she has , Rituximab oee Mabthera other times Truxima depending which is cheapest at the time. They all appear to work as well as each other.

I have GPA and have rutiximab infusions I take Amytriptaline for pain with cocodamol and ceterizine. The rutiximab is helping. However never not have pain and never not without fatigue. But still better than I was
