I had vasculitis (ulcers, etc), and now my legs are all marked, alot of hyperpigmentation scars. I dont feel comfortable using dresses or shorts because of my legs. Do you guys know any product that can lighten those marks?

Hi Carina, sorry I don't know of any products that would help but I used to have lots of hemosiderin staining on my legs after repeated vasculitic rashes and in time they did fade away and there is no trace now.

I heard bio oil is good for scars but you’ll probably have to be consistent with it and will take time maybe months

My OH had a great deal on his lower legs and used bio oil . After 3 years they are now very faint and hardly noticeable.
