Still not getting anywhere

Hi all I have posted before, I went on sick from work last November I was lightheaded all the time and kept getting confused. Week before Xmas was driving and I didn’t know which side of the road I needed to be on..

Went to TIA CLINIC was told it headaches but found a tiny mark on the back of my brain, then went to neurologist he ruled headaches out and mri scan showed I had a small bleed and it’s nothing to worry about

I’ve was told I had Vasculitis as my lower legs have a rash since November when all this started. I’m also getting a small amount of fluid around my shine and my ankles are swelling. Bloods are always ok.

I get very tired some days and the next day full of energy.

I am on meds for angina and have 2 stents which I’m told are 50-70% blocked but Cardiolgist said that it’s ok with the meds

Anyone else going or been trough anything like this, I’m so fed up of not getting any answers
