I had my flu jab yesterday (Thursday). I have them every year without any problems. This year seemed to be the same. However, my sleep was interrupted by nightmares. I am a good sleeper, dropping off in about five minutes and sleeping through for eight hours usually with possibly one bathroom call and then straight back to sleep. Last night I was woken up about six times with the worst dreams that I can remember; they frightened me. Now, I am a normal person; I don't frighten easily and I don't get upset over many things, but these dreams put the fear of God into me. I can't remember what they were about, thank goodness.... I don't want to remember. I have 'googled' the problem and it has been reported on, not by many, but enough to make me feel better about it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Goodness how awful for you. I've had my first ever flu jab and been ok. I'm sure you've reported this for the data base and I hope it's gone now.
