Worse Days in Last 18 months

In 9/16, after much, new and different upper body musculoskeletal pain while already taking tramadol, saw rheumatologist for first time. The only inflammatory blood marker I have had is PR3 positive. C- ANCA. For first 6 mo. did really well on Prednisone and felt normal. Have since been tapered to 8mg with 15mg MTX added.

Since then have developed skin problems which look like HSP when compared with photos on internet spontaneously occuring I had vision loss In left eye for several minutes. Had duplex doppler of eye orbits; central vein occlusion of retina left eye.
