I have, yet another, 'Review' of my Benefit Claim. Last time, about fifteen (maybe eighteen) months ago it was declined. I took it to their Review Court and won. The ruling stated that I should receive the benefits until 2020......now I've got another Review......here we go round the Mulberry Bush.....
I'll let you all know!

You have my sympathies. The stress isn't what we need.
You'll have ill informed people thinking "what's to worry about? If it's a genuine claim you'll be awarded it" Unfortunately it's never guaranteed when your ill health is due to a condition that many of the people making decisions on your claim know nothing about.
My basic condition Won't change, in fact, it is likely to decline over time. That is a FACT recognised by Social Services, I live in Supported Living, and ALL my Doctors Consultants. It was also accepted by the Court, last year.....as I said, here we 'GO' again!
Thank you for you comments/support though Gilders, it IS appreciated.
Think it is disgusting how they treat people know considerations are given to our diagnosis and what that means long term . Good luck I am going through process now I am so worried I have a mortgage and not sure what my future holds
First of all, thank you for your replies, they are much appreciated. I had the 'Review' and, apart from the Usual Stuff around this time of year, I think 'No news Is Good News'. What's the Betting that I Get a 'Refusal' tomorrow?
Thanks for your reply Susan, I haven't looked it up, yet anyway.
