I know that it's a bit clichéd but, I urge you ALL- yes, even you- to enjoy the Season. Whether, or not, you actually Believe in Jesus. So 'forget' the Endless Hospital Appointments, scans, tests, Inpatient/Outpatient checks and just ENJOY yourself. (You haven't seen Auntie erm (hang on I know this one, used to live near erm...) Uncle, yes Uncle. That cousin, of yours, yes THAT one.....Oh families, what fun!)
Lastly, and most importantly, of all, Have A Very Merry Christmas and a Peaceful New Year 2018 (2018.....Oh f..f..f..fudge!)

Yes you’re right , sometime s thinking and talking about the illness in excess leads to negativity, depression , anxiety and perhaps make things even worse. Believe ina higher self and the powder of the endless beauty of the university.
Merry Christmas all and may your thoughts be positive even when in pain.
