I wondered if anyone here had RF positive + anti-CCP positive + ANCA positive + Positive MPO .
I am struggling to get a formal diagnosis. I have Autoimmune Hepatitis and migrating pain, the pains are not always in my joints they sometimes feel like they are in my arteries, muscles, veins - it's quite hard to tell. They are often accompanied with inflammation and heat. Does anyone have similar symptoms and similar test results?
Thanks so much for reading.

Hi Lisa,
Unfortunately all the auto antibodies can cross react leading to false positive results.
I suspect the only way you are going to get answers is to see a Rheumatologist who has experience in Vasculitis. It remains a clinical diagnosis made on symptoms, bloods, biopsies and imaging etc.
I am assuming you see a Gastro or Hepatologist at the moment, can you ask for a referral for a specialist Vasculitis opinion? If you let us know what part of the UK you stay in hopefully we can point you in the direction of someone appropriately experienced.
Thanks so much for such a considered response Lynn.
I am based in Manchester. I currently see a Hepatologist and I can ask my GP for a referral to a specialist. If you can point me in the direction of someone experienced in the North-west that would be great.
The Kellgren Centre at Manchester Royal Infirmary sees patients with Vasculitis. The Consultants there who have a special interest are Prof Iain Bruce and Dr Ben Parker, it's worth asking for a specific referral to one of them.
