Hi everyone has anybody got Wegeners Granulomatosis? I was diagnosed in 1995 and haven't met many Weggies online so if you are one let me know a wee bit about yourself tnx.

As Nadine says you will meet lots in this community. You are probably one of about 8000 here in the UK. I probably know either personally or on line a couple of hundred or so. I have actually met someone who was diagnosed with WG ( GPA ) in 1972. As Nadine also says 'welcome' . My husband John was diagnosed in 2001and it started in his lungs.
I was diagnosed as being borderline ANCA Wegeners last fall in Boston. I have had sinus surgeries. Had my first round of Rituximab in June, second round in December. Initial diagnosis back in 1996 was Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is my first time on this website. Finding it helpful.
